UHC Offers Quick Workouts for Busy People

UnitedHealthCare realizes that not everyone has time to go to the gym several days a week.  However, they also realize that exercise is important to a healthy lifestyle.  As a result, UHC has compiled a list of several 20 minute or less workouts that can be done in your home or office with little or no equipment.  A couple of examples include a 12 minute Abs workout and 10 minute yoga for falling asslep.

 

If you find yourself too busy to get to the gym and are looking for some quick, but effective, workouts try a few of these today.  To access the list and videos of the workouts, you just need to log on to your Rally account through myuhc.com or www.werally.com.  Rally is the wellness program through UHC that can help you set goals, figure out ways to achieve those goals and learn more about ways to lead a healthy lifestyle.  If you haven't signed up yet for this free program, take a minute to do so today!
